Do It For The Blog – Pantless edition

Hey guys!! I’m back!!

And I’m here with a new stupid thing I tried out, for your entertainment only. And maybe some health benefits, but shhhhh. So I’ve been hearing a lot about the benefits of not wearing pants, of course there are some contradictory stuff out there BUT for the sake of the blog I went without.

So, one week with no pants. To start I was really worried about things like smell, sweat and just generally if anyone apart from me would be able to tell, on the plus side I was actually excited for no panty line when wearing leggings.

so I found myself for most of the week drifting towards wearing leggings for multiple reasons, one being I kind of associate leggings with being much more casual and gym/lounging wear so not wearing pants with them made sense in my head? And also the idea of jeans with no pants gave me PTSD symptoms without even experiencing it. I just knew there would be some rubbing which I didn’t want to even go near so I didn’t try at all.

I also wore shorts one day, and this actually was okay (maybe proving my jean fears irrational but anyway) the shorts I have are pretty bog standard blue denim ones from Primark and they have some extreme rips in the front. So if I had worn pants with them, the pants would have been seeable so actually that was more of a win for team no pants.

while drinking and socialising again this no pants thing was kind of okay, but also kind of not. The no pants made it easier when I broke ‘the seal’ and had to pee a lot because there was less pulling down and such but I did feel more self conscious about something, I would normally give no thoughts about.

as you guys may know, I really enjoy working out but because I mostly do that while at home, the no pants wasn’t an issue. The only noticeable change was that I felt a lot more free in my movements but also a lot more noticeable sweat all over? I don’t know if that was because I was subconsciously anxious about it but anyway that’s what happened.

I did find myself shying away from skirts or dresses, even maxi dresses just because I did not want to deal with any embarrassing things that may happen when going out in public.

A strange thing I found was I leaned more towards no make up looks and active wear outfits, as if this justified not wearing pants.

Would you guys try it? Did you think it’s stupid or smart? Let me know in the comments below, and let me know if you like this kind of content by leaving a like or a comment!! Let’s chat!

Until next time kids,

E
